At Green Gridiron, we want to ensure your gear is game-ready and meets your exact specifications. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
